Working my way up from the bottom, I’m also seeing The War on Drugs, The Alabama Shakes, MiMOSA, The Black Lips, St. Vincent, Little Dragon and Bon Iver.
Solid, obviously, but I’m still feeling kind of underwhelmed, as I had already begun fantasizing about the magical moment when the first chords of “The Boy in the Bubble” would rise out over the crowd and send 100,000 dirty people into a shared fit of musical ecstasy. Skrillex should be pretty good too though.
